PICK! was developed by Aaron Johnson in collaboration with a small group of trusted advisors, drawing on more than two decades of experience in creative development and structured problem-solving.
Throughout his career — including years working in nonprofit environments and later operating a customer-facing business — giving was never conditional on success. It was practiced long before scale was possible.
As a business owner, he experienced firsthand the uncertainty of marketing spend: meaningful dollars allocated with little clarity around return. That perspective informs PICK!’s disciplined pricing and exposure structure.
